The trek involves crossing two high passes, hiking to three base camps, and offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks above 7,000m. The trek begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and a drive to Darbang. After passing through attractive settlements such as Takam, Sibang, Phaliyagaon, and Mudi, hikers reach the Italian Base Camp, where they can rest and enjoy scenic vistas of meadows, hanging glaciers, and towering peaks.

 

From the Italian Base Camp, hikers go to Glacier and Dhaulagiri Base Camp, where they can enjoy a 360-degree view of the entire Dhaulagiri range.
